The reason is usually the vibration of the mud pump accessories: the error of the center pump and the motor; the screw pump or the motor feet are loose or not solid; the bearing is not tight enough; the mass of the rotor is unbalanced.
In terms of the sealing of the mud pump accessories
The degree of sealing of the mud pump accessories should be moderate, not too loose, and of course not too tight. The filler should be able to drip slightly so that we can extract the heat and the water. The packing used to achieve the seal should be regularly organized and replaced in time, otherwise it will not have a sealing effect after hardening.
In addition, mud pump heads, gearboxes, clutches, including cylinders, connecting rods and other parts need to be strengthened.
